| Application | Polyaziridine Crosslinker SW-100 is added to water based acrylic emulsion and polyurethane dispersions. It can be widely used in ink, coating, PSA, adhesive to improve the water, chemical, alcohol, detergent resistance and cohesive strength. It is also environmental-friendly, as the finished products is non-toxic and non-smell without any chemical hazards such as methanal after cross linking. | ||||||||
| Typical Application | The suggested addition is about 1%-3%, and optimum PH is 8-9.5. It must avoid acid chemicals. The product is react with carboxyl group in the emulsion or dispersion at room temperature or optimum temperature 60-80℃. It is used in two-component systems. The suggested pot life is 8-12hours once added to formulation. It has small ammonia smell, and should be used in the ventilated room and avoid the contact with skin and eyes. Anyway, the optimum condition will be determined according customers’ requirements. | ||||||||
